IPEC APP

IPEC App is a Project Management Tool that covers training as well as operational needs of SMEs. It consists of two main parts:

  • The IPEC Micro Lite Management part, which guides the user on how to create and complete a project. It vusualises the model concepts, risk assessment and allows via the provided toolkit to keep track of this information.

  • The Project Operational part, which visualises the actual execution on the project, by monitoring the actual project specific tasks.
